I have lived in the Council Bluffs area most of my life and love living here. I graduated from Lewis Central High School in 1981, then on to the UNMC college of Dentistry where I received a BS in Dental Hygiene.
I opened SunKiss'd Tanning with my Husband Dan in 2000. Since then we have worked hard to make Sunkiss'd one of the best in the business.
Dan and I have one dogchild his name is Zool and he is my wonderful 32 lb. Pomeranian cancer dog. In November 2006 I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. We had just received Zool 8 months before that after losing another dogchild to kidney failure. Zool is the best medicine I could ever have. I was cancer free for 5 months and in Jan 08 it decided to move up to the left side of my brain. With the assistance of all the wonderful Doctor's and Nurse's at Methodist Estabrook Cancer Center, my wonderful family and friends, Zool and my Awesome Husband Dan I'm cancer free again. (Ladies and gentleman always remember to do those self exams and have regular mammograms.)
Well that's a little bit about me. Stop by and say hi sometime. I am a bit of a "talker" and enjoy conversations of all kinds so if you're out and about stop and chat for awhile.
